I check my email at least once a day, but often times more than that. I email customers that their item has been shipped and confirm the sent method.

sent:

I always ship out the day after receiving cleared payment, sometimes the same day if possible. I prefer Priority Mail; my experience has been that it is much faster and more dependable than Parcel Post or Media Mail. Since most of my items are light, USPS tends to be cheaper. Please feel free to contact me if you would like me to check into another sent method.

Returns:

I will return your money or provide an exchange if you are not happy with the product.
